For completing the dream of stablishment of bank fisrt meeting of bank promoters was held on 9/9/90, in which 6302 shares of Rs 157550 was distributed among the 411 founder members.

Registration of bank was issued by registration no. 114-ZB on 6/11/90 by co-operative department.in this way bank was duly constituted.

Licence no UBD Raj. 1054P recived on 20-01-92 from Central office, of Reserve Bank of India siuated in mumbai this day prove a historical day of converting from co-operative society into bank.

After this that day arrived when bank innogration done on 20/4/92 , mondayin shah market, Pali bazaar, beawar (rajasthan) by that time cooperative minister of rajasthan in good enviroment.

In this working period of 17 years about 2 and half year administrator was employed. In remaining time eleted directos commity gave new dimention to the bank.

Here strategies of the founder chairman of the bank Mr.Prakash Chand Sinhal prove effective and financial chairman Shri Lakshmidas Gurnani gave stability to the bank from his buisness management skills and from his social reputation. Bank’s 3rd elected director Mr. Ramesh Aachary strengthened the plans of Mr. Gurnani after take over the charge in 2001. Result of that in year 2003-04 distribution of 5% share profit was started. In present that is continuously giving shareprofit of 10% from 2007-08

Bank gave financial support to the destituted and low income OBC people. To whom any financial institution did not gave any respect and never pay attention to their problems. Some examples of that are:

S.No. Detail Permitted Loan Amt
1 No. of Low income debtors -
2. No. of female debtors   A/C 102 124.99
3. No. of schedule caste debtors A/C 131 77.07
4. No. of OBC debtors A/C  131 230.16
5. No. of debtor of Rs 5000/-  A/C 369 166.99

Bank tried to save the some classes of loan society who feel nervous in climbing the steress of bank from the moneylenders who lend them money on the 10% rate of interest.

Bank gives attractive monthly interest to the depositors. Speacially for those people who gave their 60 years to the society. Bank saluet this type of ignored aged persons.

They do not have to depend on any one in their old age for their neccessaries. For them bank give 0.5% interest on deposit of more than 1 year.

Today aged depositers of the bank feel selfrespected and financially strong by taking advantage of monthly interest on their deposits.

Like this old age people make their last time enriched and totally secure by deposit their amt in kubar deposit scheme for 4 years instead of depending on new genration.

This growth will be continue whoes anchor are shareholders, depositors, creditors and old aged people. This is not aresult of one this is a result of a group.

God bless this.

With this wishes

Jai Sahakar
